These terms govern your use of the Europaskool website, self-study lessons, grammar exercises, and live classes (together, the "Service"), whether accessed through a browser or through our Android app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering, and you must be old enough to consent to data processing under the law of your country to create an account.
Live classes use real-time video, audio, and screen sharing between students, teachers, and administrators. Be respectful of other participants, don't record a session without the other participants' consent, and don't share access to a session with anyone who hasn't been enrolled or admitted by a teacher. Teachers and administrators can remove a participant or end a session to keep classes safe and on-topic.
Don't use the Service to harass, abuse, or endanger anyone, including other students, teachers, or minors using the platform. Don't upload or share content you don't have the rights to. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put other users' safety at risk.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may vary by region. If a payment or billing issue prevents checkout, contact contact@europaskool.com and we'll help you directly.
You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time from your Account page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability and accurate content, but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Europaskool isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
